That's easy, that's bercause of the '%' signs.
TB tries to interpret everything following a % as a macro. Everything starting with a % until the first %, space, period, comma, etc is considered a macro.
So your QT is seen as containing the macros:
%20de
%20Telefoane
%202006
%20v5
%20setup
As these are non-existent macros they return a NUL string, therefore causing you to wonder what's happening.

To cure this you've got to escape the % signs by using them twice, like:
hxxp://www.bitattack.ro/downloads/Telefoane/Cartea%%20de%%20Telefoane%%202006%%20v5.03%%20update%%20setup.exe

I try to make the following quicktemplate:

hxxp://www.bitattack.ro/downloads/Telefoane/Cartea%20de%20Telefoane%202006%20v5.03%20update%20setup.exe

(which obviously is a link)

dubbed as "503".

When I press 503+ in The Bat, it appears as

hxxp://www.bitattack.ro/downloads/Telefoane/Cartea.03.exe

WHY???!
