This problem occurs when images are located "outside" the message (i.e. referenced by an http: link). As a security measure, we don't provide downloading images from the Web (you can open the HTML part in a browser if you wish to see those images).

We plan to implement image downloading with all necessary settings in a few months from now. Please stay tuned!

Hi, i've purchased a license for The Bat! Professional, but never started to use it cause couldn't get the html e-mails work in it.  The images didn't show up in the email body and i couldn't get it configured.

Would like to start using it, could anybody please tell the correct settings for Html mail.  Most people use OE/ Outlook thats why the emails i send from the Bat! should show up correctly in those programs.
