Over here I'm getting the time and date of creation, they're computed to the time in my own timezone though.
My print template is using: %ODateEn %OTimeLongEn
You can find your print template at:
Message -> Print Setup -> Template
IIRC that's a 'per account' setting, Im not sure though, could be per folder.

When I print the email, the date is the "receive date".

I need to print it with the "create date" too.

how to do it?
