I understand I can attach an invisible note to myself on outgoing messages. I guess my question is how can I attach a note to an incoming message. I prefer to edit directly on an incoming msg, but since that is impossible with TB, the next best option is to attach a note, something like comments feature in Microsoft Excel. Thanks.

Go to "Setup colums" (view modes - right click at message list header), check "Memo" column.
So you'll have "Memo" column visible.

Hi,

How can I attach a note to an existing message? Let's say I spoke to someone after receiving the email, I would like to attach a note about what we discussed on the phone to that particular message, and in the message pane, I want to be able to see an icon indicating there is a note attach to it.
