All the settings and accounts lost

All the settings and accounts lost in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
It has something to do with "Hibernate" and the Remote desktop. I didn't log off, I told the laptop to Hibernate. When it woke up, TB somehow got wrong user information, so instead of reading the settings from C:\Documents and Settings\myusername\Application Data\The Bat! it tried to do something else. Go figure...

I've got my stuff back when I logged off and back on, but this is definitely a bug. I Hibernate my laptop quite often and I don't want to be forced to log off every time...

All the settings and accounts lost in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
I've been working with TB just yesterday, made a lot of customizations (fonts, sorting, folders etc.)

I was closing and opening TB again many times during the whole day - no problems.

When I tried to start TB today it asked me if I want to check for updates. I answered YES and I've got TB with empty account folders and the default settings: fonts, toolbars etc.

Account settings are empty, no host, ports etc. specified.

The only meaningful thing left is the account name. That's it. TB lost any other account-level and application level settings.

I noticed that the account files are on the drive, however. (C:\Documents and Settings\myusername\Application Data\The Bat!\myaccountname)

I also suspect that application-wide settings were not lost, but for some reason TB is not loading them from the place it has written them.

How to fix this very disappointing bug?
