Environment-Variables in Templates? How to retrieve e.g. USERNAME in macros? in forum The Bat! - Templates and Macros.
No, the extended macro plugin is a project by a German user of TB. Is there some specific item you don't understand or is your German totally negligable?
In the first case I'm willing to help, but I don't feel much for translating the complete help from one foreign language to another.
You could use a common address book. Set all of your users in that AB and set their phone number in the business phone number field.
You can use that number with the %ABFromBusPhone macro.
Use the %XMP_Envir macro from the extended macro plugin. You can download that from: <noindex>http://www.gaijin.at/tbpxmp.php</noindex>
Is there a way to get the values of the environment-variables, defined by SET or by Windows itself?

I want to create a generic signature-template for our workgroup and switch the phonenumbers and so on for every user - so I need something like:

IF %ENV_USERNAME="abc":"%_Phone='1234'":...

Best regards for any hint!
