There is the memo field. You can make that visible with Ctrl-Shift-I and you can add it to the columns of the message list, so you can easily see whether some messages have something in the memo.

Hello,
I wish that thebat have Message note - new feature for every message, something like excel with that pup-up triangle for leaving comments on entry's. I relay need something to comment Message so that I can later remember if I need to do something about that. I process large number of email every day and this wold be very helpful, or is  there something similar already in this version, I couldn't find it?
