Go to the properties of the 'watch and send files' action, you'll see a 'mailing' tab
That gives you the option to alter the 'message content', select  'specific template' and press the 'edit' button.
That button allows you to define thetemplate used for the action.

I looked all over theBat! before I posted here, and don't know where to "edit the template used for the message creation".

Edit the template used for the message creation and include

 %SUBJECT="New subject"

somewhere in it. It works in normal messages. I don't see why it wouldn't work in the scheduler.

I have set up a Watch and Send action. And it works as expected. However, the Subject: shows "Reminder"

And the message shows:

"This message was created at 2:32 PM, Wednesday, May 23, 2007 by the scheduler. The event description follows:"

Where can I change the subject and the message text?
