as I wrote, it works with dictionaries from Office 97 or 2000 only

Nice. So hopefully it will work soon. I have MS Office 2007 but it does not seem to help either ...

TB uses 2 engines for spellchecking, CSAPI (dictionaries from MS Office 97 and 2000) and SSCE.

Second one does not inlude eastern europe languages like Czech, Slovak etc.

I have prepared and compiled dictionaries for Czech and Slovak with help from Jan Fiala (developer of PSPad), but SSCE engine version implemented in TB does not support ISO-8859-2 or Unicode, which are required and we are waiting until Ritlabs finish tests with new SSCE engine version.

There are various languages, but not Czech for spell checking. Even after switching to Bat Czech localisation, still no Czech spelling dictionary available. I was told that it automatically uses Microsoft Word dictionary, but it does not (I have it here). So how to get Czech spell check working in Bat ?
