I've never used a PDA but had the other problem after installing firefox. Unfortunately uninstalling firefox didn't fix it, I had to restore an image created before damaging my system with firefox. Try to remove any firefoxes, mozillas etc., but better try to restore your system to a stable previous state, saved before installing any firefox or alike application.

When registering TheBat! as my default e-mail handler, synchronizing between Outlook 2002 and my PDA gets broken. The error message reads: Ordinal number 23 could not be found in dll 'mapi32.dll'.

When not registering TheBat! as e-mail handler, between 40 and 50 Internet Explorer windows pop up when clicking on a mailto-URl in Firefox.

So, both options are bad. Does anyone have an idea how to mak TheBat! handle foreign e-mail requests without corrupting Outlook synchronization? I searched the forum, but didn't found any thread covering my problem. Any help is welcome.
