			it seems You have enabled NTLM/MSN authentication even server do not support it, disable it and it will receive mails again. <br />

			Thanks for the reply,<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp;Here is the log: <br /><br />8/7/2007, 16:17:49: FETCH - connected to POP3 server<br />!8/7/2007, 16:17:49: FETCH - NTLM/MSN authentication is not supported by the server<br /> 8/7/2007, 16:17:49: FETCH - connection finished - 0 messages received<br /><br />Actually I uninstalled because I had decided to go with Eudora and later changed my mind.<br /><br />Again, Thanks....... <br />

			If the trial worked fine, you shouldn't have reinstalled it, just entering te registration would have done the job. But that's too late.<br /><br />If you can't receive, it's likely that you made some mistake with configuring the settings for pop3. From a distance I can't say anything more. What does the log say? <br />

			, reinstalled it, and now The Bat won't receive mail - worked fine with the evaluation copy - mo error messages at all but all incoming mail goes to Windows Mail or Eudora. I set The Bat as my default email. What do I need to do?<br />Thanks,<br />Roger <br />
