Bold is forbidden? A bold font is unavailable for Regular Text in HTML/Windows Editor in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
I prefer to emphasize items by means of color rather than style. (Somewhat strange users are still to be found. And some of them have weak vision.)

By the way, (I don't know why but) The Bat!'s HTML/Windows Editor is superior to its Plain Text companion as regards syntax colorization.
I can't look inside the heads of the developers, but it appears rather odd to me to want all of your text bold (or underlined or italic), you select a font with a proper appearance and then you use stuff like bold or italic to emphasize items.

However, disabling the option might be a little too extreme. Not that I personally care as a strict 'plain text only' mail user.
In the "HTML/Windows Editor" options I cannot set a bold font for "Regular Text" (the "Bold" check-box is always disabled). What could be the reason for this?
