hello, i've the same problem also.Also from one day on the other,....weird!
I've installed the bat on my other computer and YES, I was able to run the Bat and open my data. But the second time I openend my (second) computer I experienced the same problem as on my first computer. Re-install the program wouldn;t help. This is a great mystery. I've windows-XP.

Thanks. In fact I am using Xp. I was able to restore my data base by restoring an old archive and coppying my message folders (in application datat) one by one.

If you have Windows Vista, and an old version of The Bat!, there were known startup problems, but if you have 3.99.3, than there should be everything all right.

Hello,

i don't know why, but today i can't open the bat! anymore. I try to reinstall the bat but it's not working.

the programm seems to open (i see the logo with the bat) but after that nothing happen, the programm won't start...

what's the problem ? Can you help me ?
