I do not understand your problems with this bugfix, development of 4.0 was not stopped when one bugfix in 3.x branch was released...

I thought 3.99.24 was the last release before 4.0?

new build 3.99.25 is now betatested and this problem is fixed, please wait for final version

As per title really, if you view large photographic images, scroll bars do not appear around the image for you to scroll to.
