			Sometimes it happens when a user "Exports" the messages from the menu and then tries to restore them using the "Restore" menu.<br /><br />The correct behaviour would be to "Import" (menu item) the "Exported" messages and to "Restore" messages that had been "Backup"'ed. <br /><br />Sorry for my perplexing explanation! &nbsp;<img src="http://www.ritlabs.com/bitrix/images/main/smiles/5/icon_biggrin.gif" border="0" data-code=":D" data-definition="SD" alt=":D" style="width:16px;height:16px;" title="" class="bx-smile" /> &nbsp; <br />

			i've just reinstalled my system and when i tried to restore the emails it didn't restore some of them (from one of my folders) and when i tried to do it again i got the message: "not a valid maintenace archive"<br /><br />what should i do? <br />
