Sometimes it happens when a user "Exports" the messages from the menu and then tries to restore them using the "Restore" menu.

The correct behaviour would be to "Import" (menu item) the "Exported" messages and to "Restore" messages that had been "Backup"'ed.

Sorry for my perplexing explanation!

i've just reinstalled my system and when i tried to restore the emails it didn't restore some of them (from one of my folders) and when i tried to do it again i got the message: "not a valid maintenace archive"

what should i do?
