you can use filters so that all incoming mail goes to folders of one account, and also all outgoing mail goes to folders of that account after sending.

In case these accounts are for the same domain, like user1@yourdomain.com, user2@yourdomain.com etc. ,maybe easiest would be to enable mail forwarding on the server, so that all the messages go to one inbox - then you need only one account in theBat for that mailbox.
