No plugins installed, previous program was Outlook, but all mails were imported, and therefore converted.
previous version 3.99.24.

Do i need to do some importprotocol ?

Perhaps problem with other software installed, but would be needle in haystack

Only this happens all the time, after closing and opening program, only after upgrading to latest version, never happened before.

The way to this should be to select the account tree pane and the press Ctrl-Shift-Alt-L

Having upgraded to latest 3.99.25, my folders seem to have disappeared, tried to add them,but failed;

I don't find a way to add them.
