If you're sure that's a key block for v3, it should work, though it's rather long, so a typo would be easily made.
I guess that's why the registration message advices to store the message on CD.

The message with your key block should also coatain your serial number and an order number. You could write a message with those two and ask for help at keys at ritlabs.com. Maybe they can help.

Well, I copied and pasted the Key Block but am told it is invalid. I don't have the original email on the computer but had printed it out when I purchased so I have the key but it just won't work. Any ideas?

The key block or even better: open the message with the key block and pick from the menu:
Help -> Enter Registration Code

Here's a question that will sound silly to some but I'm new to this, so here goes - I had to install a new hard drive - when I reinstall The Bat what do I put in the registration field - The Bat! v3 Key Block or the Order ID or the PGP signature?
