What type of attachment is your fax.
What do you mean with "can't see the data" is the window too small, too big, only showing a part of the fax, display garbage?

I configure my winfax pro to sent all faxes to my email. When i receive an email to bat software with an attachment file then i can see the attachment file without be able to read inside. it is opening the file but i cann't  see the data.

I configure the same email to a microsoft outlook and i don't have this problem
