Got out cheap, Stephen .. forget the third-party plugin. Had you given Ritlabs any minuscule opportunity, they'd have lied to you and then screwed you out of some money too .. like, for instance, the sweet bit of v4 update hooliganism they've nailed, who knows how many, users on.

Beyond lying and screwing .. want an even clearer picture of how these folks do business?? Browse through the bowels of this amateur, out of date and inconsistent website! What crap.

There are many other client choices that'll serve you well.
How dare Ritlabs suggest we purchase an anti-spam plugin from AGAVA. It may well work. I am on a 30-day trial of TB, and installed AGAVA to test. Suddenly I am getting popups from them and 3rd party companies, plus a little warning when I clear down to purchase AGAVA immediately!
I have no objection to buying the damned program if it works, and thought I was on a free trial period to test it out. But I consider their practices to be underhand and against the UK fair-trading laws (I have forwarded my complaint on to that department).
That's it Ritlabs.
You can take your bloddy program and do what you like with it. I definitely don't want to know any longer.
