It's in the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!
The keys are 'RAS Height' and 'RAS Width'
Close TB
Start Regedit
Edit the keys
Close Regedit
Start TB

What is the file which defines the size of this window?

Just drag it smaller from the edge.

Now, the window of the connexion center occupies all my screen (before this window was smaller).

How can I decrease this size ?

Obviously, I tried to click the small rectangle at the top, to the right. No change.
