Inbox-Known can be removed. Thanks for pointing out the filter to remove. You're right, Trash can't be removed; I didn't notice that when right clicking on a Trash folder 'Delete Folder' is greyed out. Thanks.
You can delete the Inbox-Known, to do that you need to deactivate the <Known> filter first. Afterwartds you shoul;d be able to delete the Inbox-Known.
This used to work in v2, never tried it with v3.

Idon't know whether it's possible to delete the account Trash folders, but I wouldn't bet on it.
It appears that I can assign a color group to just about every folder except for the account name folder. Is that correct?
I have about 15 accounts and am trying to free up vertical space in the acct pane. There is a mysterious folder named Inbox-Known in every account. Can't find anything in Help about it. I assume the programmers put it there as an easy target for users to filter to. I'd like to delete them; will anything break if I do?
Every acct has a trash folder too. It appears from looking at Properties/Mail Management/Deletion that I could set up a common Trash folder and have all acct trash go to it, thereby allowing me to delete all the acct Trash folders. Correct?
Thanks very much.
Bob
