I think that when it's about incoming mails, that you want to check whether the sender is part of the marketing contacts.
Now you've set it to 'all recipients', but in this case you yourself are the only relevant recipient and you want to use the sender as condition.
When I mentioned the possibility to set something different than 'Sender' in the condition, I meant that that could be usefull for outgoing filters.

One Filter for Multiple Emails? in forum The Bat! - Filters.
Create a filter
Focus is on the name
Give an appropriate name
Forget about the tag (I don't know what use it's got)
Go to the condition
Click on 'Sender' (the default condition)
You get a list with possible selection criteria, one of those is 'Address groups', select that one
Your condition changes, now an extra has appeared
Press on the '...' button and the group selector appears
Select the group(s) you want to use and press 'OK'
Now select an appropriate action

Now you've got a filter that checks whether the sender is in the address book group, that's fine for an incoming filter, but you might want to use a similar outgoing filter too, you can change the condition (by clicking on 'sender') to check for sender/first recipient/all recipients/ sender and first recipient/ sender and all recipients.
It's also possible to have the filter trigger when folks are not in your group, change 'contain into 'do not contain'.

One important note though.
All of TB's address book features (both filters and templates) have the tendency to give random results when the used addresses are occurring in multiple address book entries (even when thiose address book entries are located in different address books).
So in case of unexpected results, hunt for duplicate entries for the same address.

There are several ways to do so.
My preferred way would be to place all the contacts you want to filter into one address book group and then use a filter that checks whether the sender is in that AB group.
