The template said %blank and I changed it into %text. Now it is working properly.

check your forwarding template
Account Properties -> Templates -> Forward

if the box 'Forward as attachment..' is checked, theBat will not include the original text in the message body but will create an attachment with the original message. Do you see an .eml file attached?

If not, check the template - it should contain
%Text
somewhere, this %Text is replaced with original text. If there is no %Text, add it to the template at the appropriate place.

What do you see in your Sent Mail folder, an empty message or something with text?

When I forward a message the receiver receives an empty message. The original text is gone. Is there anybody who can help me with this?
