Hi Bigg One,

Thanks for the reply. I have disabled the plugin and now it is working. I had not think of that! This is much better.

Dutchcub
if the plugin causes so much troubles, why don't you just disable it and check the files after saving?
Configure theBat not to open any potentially unsafe attachment (I think it's configured like that by default) and then you don't need an antivirus plugin. Even if a message contains a virus, it's harmless if it stays in the message base (but configure your antivirus to exclude the mail folder, otherwise it may wipe the whole message base if there is a message with a virus inside)
Hello,

I use The Bat 3.99.3 and have a problem. When I receive a message with one or more attachments, I can't open them. When I try to save them first I get a
popup with the message that the attachments can't be saved because my antivirus prog (NOD32, using the plugin) can't check the files.

That is very annoying. I first have to forward the message with attachments to another mailaddress. Then
I can read/save the attachments. What do I do wrong?

Thanks,
Dutchcub
