			delete installation and mail(after a backup) folders.<br />Search the registry for keys named "RIT" and delete entire keys.<br />Then you should be able to make a new install not affected by previous settings. <br />

			My problem with mail ticker not appearing at all still persists. No useful advice helped. The Ritlabs support was not very helpful and not very involved either. I tried to unistall the Bat for a complete new installation. But found that even after unistalling, many things remain around, because after the new installation, the same settings and the same problem appeared again. How to erase Bat completely from the computer ? <br />
