Will this Bug be resolved for the release 3.99.29? It's a very annoying thing and should be fixed with high priority. To me it's a showstopper.

well don't know then.. try with an older version.

I guess you checked already that the pane isn't just set not to appear (View -> Attached Files ->..),
or that you didn't drag the pane border to make it very small.

I have used 3.99.29 for a 2 months without any problems, try to downgrade to 3.99.24

I would suggest to revert to a previous version of the program. From what I read here, versions 3.99.x seem to introduce more new bugs than they fix. Probably developers are focused on the new major release.
I myself use 3.85.03 and don't even think of upgrading.

this is not a feature, but a bug, which sometimes appears. It was already fixed in v4 alpha.

it's really a pain when there's no pane. When you open a new message window and you attach a file then you can't see it in the window at all! No sign there's any file is attached! But you can see the file icon later in a main window when you save a message or send it. If it's really a new feature  THE BAT is coming imposssible to use for business applications.
