View -> Message Header -> CC
It's a general setting, so it will do for all accounts.

I've noticed that when I get an email I can see my name in the "To" feild, but if it was copied to others, they don't appear.  How can I get the "CC" feild to show up in my received messages?  I've looked around, but the answer evades me.  I'd like this to be the default for all accounts.
