You have to upgrade from v1,2 to v3 using the following link: http://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/thebat/order_on.php

I would like to upgarde from Ver. 2.00.6 Home Edition to the latest Ver.3 Professional.

If I select the online buying option 'Upgrade Home to Pro' will this work or do I need to also upgrade from V.2 to V.3?
