I'm not sure at all this is supposed to be a top issue in the development list, nor that it's an important feature. TheBat is a mail client, not an all-in-one thing like Outlook. Apps that try to do everything usually don't do anything right.
If you just dbl click the file it should be handled by your calendar program.

This supposed to be a topissue in the development list, as TB is a great Prog an lacking in this important feature - WHY?
I am thinking frequently in changing back to Outlook or similar, just because of the Calendar-Situation.

I love the Mail Programm in Mac OSX (Yes i use both OS's)
which is just great and intuitive

Hi there,

I've people around me using MS Outlook (surprisingly enough uh?), sometimes they send a meeting request in Vcalendar format. I don't know yet what's the best way to deal with those. What would be the best calendar management program (that knows how to deal with vcalendar format) to use together with TheBat?
I've looked at plugins, but there's very little activity in this area, which is quite surprising!
