NEW FOLDER will create a new folder that belongs to the currently selected account

NEW COMMON FOLDER will create a new folder that doesn't belong to any particular account -  that's why it's common. It will appear under the defined accounts

I'm just new with The Bat, and I'm afraid I'll be boring you more than once!
To start: what is the difference between NEW FOLDER and NEW COMMON FOLDER? It seems that help doesn't explain; the options in the window seeem to be the same.
