Casey upgrade v3.60 with v3.99 and then stay with v3.99!

There are too many "teething problems" with v.4x yet and I have tried three consecutive v4x "upgrades" only to reinstall v3.99 again.

Wait a while till these problems are sorted out before moving to v.4x

no, You can install all 3.xx builds and even You can install 4.0.0 and all builds until 4.1 for free.

To upgrade v3.60 with v3.99, can the 3.99 be installed
on top of 3.66?  If so, is it necessary to repurchase
and reregister it?
