Double clicking attached jpg or gif files in attachments brings them up in TB's image viewer. But now in version 4 (specifically 4.0.14 that I am using) this viewer has no scroll bars. Inconvenient when image size is bigger than your screen. I can still scroll vertically by mouse wheel. But horizontally I am still stuck.
