I think I may have solved the problem.

I had a similar problem with Thunderbird as it would not
respond to clicking Hyperlinks in messages. To open them I had to copy the link location and paste it into Firefox.

In digging around trying to find an answer to my 'Bat' problem I read somewhere (this forum?) that changing the default Browser to IE and then back to Firefox might solve the problem. I tried it and it worked for The Bat and also for Thunderbird!

This may be a stupid question.

I'm evaluating a trial version of The Bat (4.0.14).

If I click on a link in an email I get an error message:

"No application is associated with the specified file for this operation."

From that I think I need to associate Firefox (from preference) or IE with http links - I can't see a way of doing this.

What am I doing wrong?!
