don't feel stupid, you are not the first to wonder what these are for and you won't be the last one. It'd be nice if those controls would only be shown when actually needed.

They are used to make additional tabs visible when you've got more tabs than your account tree pane is wide.

I've used The Bat! for years and a couple of days ago I decided to upgrade from v3 to v4. Love it.

To the left of the "All", "Unread" and "Addresses" tabs there are four small buttons with arrows on them. The symbols looks something like this: |< < > >|

What are these buttons used for? They doesn't seem to do anything at all.
