If you have access to PHPmyadmin you can select the fields you want.

If that isn't clear please let us know what kind of database we're talking about VBulletin or whatever or Yes you have phpmyadmin access or SSH only or no clue what these are (that's ok! if that's the case your host may have to do this for you)
