			On each of your accounts in the properties there are templates and that is in there by default. Right click on each account you have, select "properties" then templates and edit them<br /><br />You have just discovered one of The Bat's most powerful features. You can have templates for individuals (in the address book), Folders and accounts as you are discovering. You control the information displayed with "macros" that usually begin with a "%" but check the help file as only the basic ones are available through the MACRO button in the template interface. There is as much power here as in some stand alone programs <br />

			I'm still on the trial version of TB. &nbsp;One thing that I find aggravating is the salutation - "hello". &nbsp;I cannot seem to find any way to shut this down. &nbsp; Have I missed something? <br />
