I'd advise against using multiple address books, that makes it easier to get duplicate entries and those make a mess of several of TB's Address book based features.

You'd best use one address book with multiple address book groups. Address book entries can belong to multiple groups.

My favourite sorting method is by filtering on address book group.

Hello TB Users,

I'm new to TB, coming from Eudora, and am trying to set up a strategy for handling a lot of incoming mail: personal, business, periodicals, weather, etc.  One question I have is: Is there a good use for multiple address books, perhaps to separate my more valued addresses from those of periodicals, advertisements, etc.?
