this can be done only folder by folder, there is no other way except maybe some 3rd party tool.
So if you need to do it once, do it manually. If you need to do it periodically, it's possible to use the /EXPORT command from some batch/script file

I'm looking for an easy way to export all my different mailbox and tree folder easily.

Indeed, currently I found a solution tha tworks only folder by folder, and that's too long.

How would you do that?
