What version are you using for TB and Windows?
You wouldn't happen to have been playing around with the customizer and defining the 'I' as shortcut to exit TB?

Any clue? I've shut down about everything else. Anyone suggest some further diagnostic steps (that wouldn't take too long cause it's a pain to have to restart every time I forget and type I).
