Is it some modified application?

32bit or 64bit?

these files are placed in MAIL directory or in Documents and settings, depends where You haveaccounts with messages stored.

I use vista ultimate and the bat! 4.0.24.
I don't know were are the logs that you requested

Everything the same if I select the third  option.

Wen i open The Bat! i get this image

I've uninstalled and installed the bat! and it stays the same.
