Thank you both very much!

bigg one, that is probably what happened--
Forwarding did not change the original message
word wrap and format. I never thought about that.

rdean61, word wrap is quite useful. A mail client
can be set up for a word wrap of say 75 in the
composition window. As you type along on a line,
and you hit the 76th character, there will automatically be a word wrap and line feed. This will place your cursor back at the first character on the next line down.
Letters, numbers, and spaces all count in the word
wrap number.
maybe the original message was with long lines.
When theBat displays it, it wraps the text - but forwards it 'as is', keeping the original formatting.

Pressing ALT+L in the message editor will quickly format the current paragraph or the selected text.
I'm a long time Bat user and I've never fully comprehended word wrapping. It seems to be a strange thing that is not consistent across all messages.

Word Wrap Problem in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
Running TB 3.60
I received a large text email that had been forwarded to me. This email was displayed normally--word wrap was normal.
I wanted to forward this mail to some friends. When it was displayed for forwarding, there was no word wrap at all. The 'TO' line and the body lines ran off the display far far to the right. I had to manually word wrap the lines before I sent it.
Other email that I have forwarded didn't have this problem.

What caused this particular email to have this problem?
Is there a setting in TB that would fix this?
Thank you,
Casey
