I think there is no such feature.

Close to this are Quick Templates (Options menu), you can save any piece of text as a QT and define a short handle for it.
Then you type the handle and press CTRL+SPACE, and it's replaced by the QT text - but not all occurences of the handle are replaced, only one.

QT's are very convenient, but probably for longer texts. For 3-4 letters it doesn't save keystrokes.

Is there an autotext feature?

For example if i wanted to change

etc automatically as i type...
