Account -> Dispatch mail on server
That might be what you mean, otherwise I wouldn't know what you want.

In Outlook, Eudora when I set in setting leave message on server. when I do that  I see in message-list server status of every message  I can determine  to leave or delete it from server

how to that in The Bat
I found only check new message or check all message on server menu
