It can only be done with a template like you're doing now, but in a template you can set the subject with the %Subject= header, would look like this:
%Subject="This is your set subject"%-

Hi all,

I am trying to schedue a message to be sent to someone at a specific time in future.
What is the best way of doing this?
Now I go to the smart bat and do it there. But I am limited only to use a template and in this way I cant write a subject line, only text body.
Is there a way I can compose a message with subject and send it later?
