I am pretty sure that SMTP servers are working cause it has been a week now and it's not just one.

did You installed another app, which can block connection to SMTP server, like some antivirus proxy?

can You check, that SMTP server is available now?

Few days ago, with no apparent reason, my TheBat stopped sending messages from all my accounts (could not connect to the server). Now, they just queue in the outbox.

At the same time, I can receive email just fine.
