Please help me upgrade my thebat product.<br /><br />Now I can login to the forum but it seems I can not upgrade my product. I can not even fix my account information. I find this very upsetting. Can someone at RitLabs.com please fix this process.<br />I get have TheBat Pro and had all th eversions 4.0*<br />Now I want to get 4.1 to work. It seems I need a new license but your website makes the upgrade impossible.<br />I can not seem to login. I will attempt to create another account but this should not be necessary I should think. If I screwed up something can someone please tell me. I saw no upgrades for thebat Pro V3 to 4.1 thebat pro and as such I thought I would try the bat home v3 to Pro 4.1 but again I could not get this to work. Someone please assist me with this ASAP! <br />
