1. Yes the messages are not downloaded (I took a look at the logs from the bat and it doesn`t get those mails).

2. No they are in INBOX where they should be (using pop3 settings with another mail client i can get them downloaded so it`s not in another folder in the webmail).

3. Yes, i use AntispamSniper which moves all my spam mail to Junk folder. (The mails aren`t moved there).

4. Nothing happens. It`s still saying that i have 0 messages.

PS: I have the account set so, when i get the mails from the server, they will be deleted. Since they are still in the INBOX folder (on webmail) i guess that The Bat doen`t see them.
are you sure msgs were really not downloaded?

Maybe they were sorted to a folder where you don't expect them to be, due to a 'bug' in your filtering rules.
Do you use some antispam plugin?
Or maybe selective download rules?

Try Account / Dispatch mail on server / All messages
and re-download missing ones, what happens?
Hello,

I noticed a couple of days ago (after making the upgrade to 4.1.7.) that i didn`t receive all the mails. I saw in webmail that there were some "leftovers" in the inbox.

First i thought that it was a bug of the mail server that we use (Axigen). I tried connecting to my account (via POP3/SMTP) with another client and i had the surprise to see that this client got all the email from the webmail`s inbox.

Does anyone have any clue why The Bat! can`t download all the mails from the server but another client can?

I didn`t had this problem on the other version (4.0.38).

PS: The Bat! doesn`t return any error message after "fetching" mail. The only log line that he says is "FETCH - connection finished - 0 messages received".
