That's because by their very nature common folders break the connection between message and receiving account.

However you could set this in the reply template for your common folder(s):
%If:"%OToAddr"="Address1":"%Account='%Account1'"
%If:"%OToAddr"="Address2":"%Account='%Account2'"
%If:"%OToAddr"="Address3":"%Account='%Account3'"
This is with the assumption that address1 belongs to account1, etc.

I have a common folder where I store e-mails from different accounts.

But when i try to send a response the response is not sent by the appropriate account.

How to configure the reply template in common folder to make the response being adressed from right account?
