			Thank you for your reply but your solution is not working for me.<br />After research in macros, I used <B>%SETEDITOR ="n"</B> at the beginning of a template.<br /><br />Possible values for n:<br />1 - Plain text Microed<br />2 - Plain text Windows editor<br />3 - HTML / Plain<br />4 - HTML only <br />

			open Address book, right click the recipient and select Properties. Go to New Message tab and tick 'Use specific template..' then click Format and select html or text. The same can be done for replies.<br /><br />This is how to do it per person, but it can also be done per address book group and will then be applied to all group members. <br />
